"Services" refers to our SaaS platform, coaching, and related tools for real estate professionals.
"Subscription" refers to paid plans for accessing our services.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Provide accurate registration information.
Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
3. Subscription & Payments
Subscription Plans: Our services are offered on a subscription basis. Plans and pricing are available on our website.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card or other approved methods.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Refund Policy: Refunds are not provided except as required by law.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to share your account credentials.
You will not misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt operations.
You are responsible for compliance with real estate advertising laws in your jurisdiction.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
Non-payment
Violation of these Terms
Any activity that harms our platform or users
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology related to The Realtors Blueprint are owned by us.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify our content without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We provide our services "as-is" without warranties.
We are not responsible for business losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.
8. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and protect your data.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law

How We Collect Information
1. Users opt in by download the 5 Killer Facebook Ads Guide or registering for our Facebook Ads webinar. Users will then receive text messages confirming that they received the guide or confirm registration and send reminders.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 1 text message per day. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
